Swedish Massage (50 minutes)..............................................$45.00
Swedish Massage refers to a collection of techniques designed primarily to relax the muscles by applying pressure to them against deeper muscles & bones, & rubbing in the same direction as the flow of blood returning to the heart. As it can help reduce emotional & physical stress, it is often recommended as part of a regular program for stress management.
80 minute Massage.......................................................................$65.00
This session applies the techniques used in Swedish & takes extra care of the many stress points found on the body.
60 minute Reiki session................................................................$45.00
Reiki is pure energy & brings about deep relaxation & healing. The session follows a traditional pattern of hand positions resting on the body without pressure. Reiki is a Japanese form of healing that is over 2,500 years old. It was rediscovered by Dr. Mikao Usui, President of the Christian University in Kyoto, Japan.
1/2 & 1/2 (half massage, half Reiki).....................................$60.00
